About ReVessel
Our technology is as unique as the blood that it mirrors.
Revessel is a Florida-based precision health startup developing the first cyber-physical hemo-twin platform—an AI-powered digital twin for human blood behavior simulation and management. Using clinical, multiomics, and pharmacokinetics data, ReVessel enables real-time, ethically governed decision support across high acuity environments including trauma, transplant, sepsis, dialysis, and ICU care.
Built on a foundation of biologically precise simulation, ReVessel’s architecture is designed to scale across preventative analytics, chronic disease management and longevity science — reimagining the future of blood management.
Vision
To engineer the most precise, secure, and trust digital twin for human blood management—optimizing transfusion medicine through real-time biological simulation.
Mission
To redefine blood management by building an AI-enabled hemodynamic twin that models and simulates human blood in real time—enabling personalized, transparent, and standards-aligned clinical decisions. ReVessel reimagines blood not as a static measure, but as a living, data-rich intelligence system of care.
Value Proposition
- Real-time twin simulations of blood and coagulation
- Integrated multiomics + PK analytics
- Blockchain-enforced provenance and smart contracts
- Confidential computing for secure federated AI
- Compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, WHO, IEEE, ISO

Meet the Founders
Though not an engineer by training, Dylan’s strength lies in bringing structure and coherence to complex, fragmented systems. He is especially driven by the challenge of making complicated systems function clearly and reliably—translating moving parts into something logical, stable, and built to last. With a background in computer science, business, and behavioral systems he is drawn to aligning what happens under the surface: the infrastructure, rules, and feedback loops that make ambitious ideas executable at scale.
Elsie is drawn to overlooked systems where complexity is high but infrastructure is thin. She is most energized by problems that sit between disciplines and require both analytical depth and strategic focus. Across work in health policy and early biotech, she has remained curious about uncovering meaningful patterns, untapped leverage, and moments of strategic opportunity—especially in domains defined more by open questions than clear solutions.
